Sherri G. Cohen, CPA Director
Sherri Cohen is a Director in Grassi’s Client Accounting Services Group with over 25 years of experience in both public and private accounting in a wide variety of industries, including real estate investment funds, financial services, not for profit, consumer product, health, legal and professional service industries. Sherri provides accounting, business services and general tax guidance to her many clients.
Sherri has extensive experience as a fund administrator and outsourced chief financial officer where she identifies and rectifies issues in books and records and works seamlessly with both internal and external bookkeeping service providers on behalf of her clients. She also assists clients with financial planning and analysis, including budgeting, projections about monthly activity and other complexities related to their books and records.
In addition to serving her clients, she also assists in the career development of firm staff and is involved in mentorship and training programs. Sherri serves on a board of a non-profit located in Westchester, NY.
