Nicholas Rinaldi is an accomplished attorney with extensive experience in regulatory compliance, corporate governance, and legal strategy. As General Counsel at Grassi & Co., he oversees risk management, regulatory compliance, and legal operations, serving as a key advisor on firmwide initiatives and mergers and acquisitions. With prior roles in investment management and at a major law firm, Nicholas has provided counsel on complex financial regulations, securities law, and investment management.
Nicholas began his career in financial services regulatory consulting at PwC, where he led compliance initiatives for top-tier broker-dealers. He earned his Juris Doctor from Brooklyn Law School, graduating with distinction in Business Law, and holds a Bachelor of Science in Financial Economics from Binghamton University.
Nicholas is admitted to practice law in New York and is dedicated to creating innovative compliance programs that support organizational success.
