Grassi Wins 2025 Best of Accounting™ Award for Service Excellence

Based entirely on the survey feedback from Grassi’s clients, the award recognizes leading accounting firms for their service excellence and commitment to client satisfaction. Grassi received a Net Promoter Score® of 78.7, more than twice the industry average of 38. Further, 84.2% of respondents gave Grassi a 9 or 10 out of 10, significantly higher than the industry average of 48% in 2024. The highest levels of client satisfaction were in quality of service, responsiveness, involvement, guidance and understanding of their needs.
