Grassi Names New Co-Leader of New York City Office
New York, N.Y., July 22, 2021 – Grassi, one of the New York City area’s largest accounting firms, announced that Stephen J. Mannhaupt has been named the firm’s co-leader of the NYC market. The appointment comes as the firm remobilizes its New York City workforce and strategically repositions its approach to helping the city’s businesses recover from the COVID-19 crisis.
Mannhaupt will co-lead the NYC office, located at 488 Madison Avenue, with Jeffrey Agranoff, who has served as one of Grassi’s NYC market leaders since 2019. Together, Mannhaupt and Agranoff will oversee the staff, operations and growth strategies of the firm’s NYC workforce.
As a partner and the leader of Grassi’s renowned Accounting Services Group, Mannhaupt has extensive experience in all facets of client service, business consulting and regulatory compliance in New York City and the surrounding metro area. He also develops Grassi’s growth strategies as a member of the Executive Committee and advances the firm’s digital capabilities as leader of the Innovation Committee.
