Grassi Adds High-Net-Worth Specialist to Partner Group
April 6, 2020 – New York, N.Y. – Grassi, a leading provider of advisory, tax and accounting services, has announced the addition of Rozleen Giwani, CPA, Partner, to the firm’s Tax Practice. To this role, Giwani brings executive-level experience providing tax mitigation strategies, tax preparation and estate planning services to high-net-worth individuals.
Giwani will advise Grassi’s high-net-worth clients on tax savings vehicles, wealth preservation strategies, gifting and trusts. She is highly knowledge in grantor retained annuity trusts, complex and simple trusts, gift tax compliance and estate tax law.
Prior to joining Grassi, Giwani was a tax partner at a regional public accounting firm based in New York City where she developed deep experience in the financial services sector. She will use these skills to support Grassi’s Financial Services practice with tax services and advice for hedge fund, private equity fund, broker-dealer and investment advisor clients.
Giwani holds a Bachelor of Science degree and a Master of Science degree in Accounting from St. John’s University. She is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants.
