Arianna Savoca Named a Moore North America Emerging Leader
Arianna Savoca, SHRM-CP, CPA, Grassi Human Resource Manager, was recently named a 2024 Moore North America Emerging Leader. Arianna is a member of the firm’s leadership team, and her professional achievements speak volumes about her abilities and contributions to Grassi and Moore North America.
Arianna is active with Moore North America, and her meaningful contributions exemplify her commitment to cultivating connections across the Moore community. One of her most notable achievements is the development and launch of the Grassi Women’s Council. Arianna recognized the need to develop, support and accelerate the success of all women at the firm. Under her guidance, this employee resource group became one of the firm’s most significant talent initiatives. Further, through her passion for helping others at the firm and in local communities, Arianna created and launched Grassi Gives Back, a program that invites all employees to volunteer at local organizations to give back to the communities in which Grassi operates. In 2023, the program hosted 27 events, with nearly 200 volunteers and 1,000+ hours at 15 different organizations.
Beyond driving change internally, Arianna is active in prominent industry organizations. She co-chairs the Financial Women’s Association of Long Island chapter, which brings critical education and networking to women in the area. She also mentors future women leaders through the Moxxie Foundation, and serves on the Alumni Advisory Council at Adelphi University.
This award recognizes the next generation of leaders and celebrates members who have distinguished themselves early in their careers through professional achievement.
