In response to the COVID-19 outbreak, Gov. Andrew Cuomo announced today that all non-essential businesses in New York State must keep 100% of their workforces at home beginning on Sunday. This is a dramatic change to the 75% mandate that was set to go into effect tonight.
Essential services are not affected by this mandate, which includes healthcare, utilities, construction, food delivery, grocery stores, pharmacies, banks, sanitation and essential manufacturing companies, among others.
