Grassi Expands Construction Practice’s CFO Advisory Team
Grassi, a leading provider of advisory, tax and accounting services, has announced that Andrew J. Clarke, CPA, has joined the firm’s Construction practice as CFO Advisory Senior Manager. In this role, he will provide fractional and outsourced CFO services for contractors and subcontractors across all subsectors of the construction industry.
Clarke has nearly 10 years of public and private accounting experience, most recently as Chief Financial Officer at a utility contracting company serving the New York City metropolitan area. He specializes in strategic financial planning, budgeting, contract negotiation, risk management, and cash flow forecasting and optimization.

Clarke began his career in Grassi’s construction practice, where he conducted audits and prepared financial statements in accordance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP). He is a Certified Public Accountant licensed in New York and holds a Bachelor of Science in Forensic Accounting from the University of Scranton.
