Lisa Rispoli Appointed Board President of Estate Planning Council of NYC
New York, N.Y., July 13, 2023 – Grassi, a leading provider of advisory, tax and accounting services, is proud to announce the appointment of Lisa Rispoli, CPA, AEP®, TEP as President of the Board of Directors of the Estate Planning Council of New York City (EPCNYC).
In this position, Rispoli will lead a committee that formulates policy and provides oversight of the operations of the council, an interdisciplinary organization that provides educational and networking opportunities to attorneys, trust officers, life underwriters, accountants and other estate planning professionals.
Rispoli brings to this role more than 30 years of experience as a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) specializing in estate planning, trust administration, fiduciary tax compliance and individual income tax planning. As leader of Grassi’s Trust & Estate and Private Client Services practices, she oversees a team of professionals providing tax-efficient wealth preservation and transfer strategies to high-net-worth individuals and families.
In addition to her CPA license, Rispoli holds the Accredited Estate Planner® (AEP) designation from the National Association of Estate Planners & Councils (NAEPC) and the Trust and Estate Practitioner (TEP) designation from the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP).
Rispoli earned her Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from Adelphi University and her Master’s in Taxation from Long Island University. She is an active member of the New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants (NYSSCPA), American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), Estate Planning Council of Nassau County, Columbian Lawyers, Westchester Bar Association and EPCNYC.
