Award winners are chosen for being industry leaders in service quality based on client feedback and ratings collected through a ClearlyRated client satisfaction survey. Highlights of Grassi’s 2023 client survey results include:
- 88.1% of respondents gave Grassi a score of 9 or 10 out of 10, compared to the industry average of 50% in 2022.
- The firm’s Net Promoter Score® was 83.9%, more than double the industry average of 39% in 2022.
- Highest levels of satisfaction were in the areas of quality of service and understanding client needs.
