Michael Rothstein is a Senior Manager in Grassi’s Litigation and Valuation Services Practice. His work focuses on business valuations for financial reporting, estate and gift tax purposes, and litigation.

Michael previously worked at a national accounting firm and has 15 years of experience in the valuation field. He is an Accredited Member of the American Society of Appraisers in Business Valuation and has extensive experience working on valuation engagements involving asset management entities, financial advisory firms, manufacturing firms, and consulting and other professional service firms. He has been qualified as an expert witness and provided testimony on the subject of valuation in State Courts.

Michael holds a B.A. degree in Mathematics from Haverford College, and an MBA degree from Duke University. He is also a member of the ASA (American Society of Appraisers).
