Robert Posner Elected to Nonprofit Board of Trustees
New York, N.Y., April 18, 2022 – Robert S. Posner, a partner at Grassi Advisors & Accountants, has been elected to serve on the Board of Trustees for the Long Island Music Hall of Fame (LIMHOF). To this volunteer role, he brings more than 25 years of experience in strategic planning, accounting and tax strategies, risk management, budgeting and business consulting.
A lifelong resident of Long Island, Posner resides in Northport, N.Y. and is a graduate of C.W. Post University. He is a certified public accountant and a registered representative with a FINRA Series 7 license.
“It is an honor to join such an important organization that is dedicated to preserving Long Island’s rich musical heritage,” said Posner. “I look forward to using my professional experience to help advance the LIMHOF’s mission and community impact.”
Founded in 2004, the Long Island Music Hall of Fame is a 501(c)(3) organization that has inducted more than 100 musicians and music industry executives. The organization also offers education programs, scholarships and traveling educational exhibits to the Long Island community.
