Forbes Recognizes Two Grassi Partners on its 2025 Best-In-State CPAs List

Louis Grassi, CPA, CFE, is the Chief Executive Officer of Grassi Advisory Group, Inc. and has over 40 years of experience in tax, accounting and consulting. Lou takes a proactive role with clients, and his counsel has proven instrumental to the success of many companies across various industries. He has received many industry accolades and is frequently called upon as a lecturer and business advisor. He has also authored numerous articles for local, national and trade publications.
Lou has served as an executive board officer for the New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants (NYSSCPA) and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA). He also serves on numerous committees and task forces within the industries that the firm serves. Lou is actively involved in his community and holds board positions with several civic and philanthropic organizations.
Lisa Rispoli is the Partner-in-Charge of Trust & Estate Services and the firm’s Private Client Services group leader. She has over 30 years of experience in accounting, estate planning & valuation, and gift, estate and trust taxation. Lisa works with clients and their professional advisors to develop estate plans to transfer family, business and personal wealth to the next generation and charitable organizations.
Lisa is recognized by the National Association of Estate Planners & Councils (NAEPC) as an Accredited Estate Planner (AEP) and holds the Trust and Estate Practitioner (TEP) designation from the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners. She served as President of the New York City Estate Planning Council in 2023 and has been recognized by many trade and local publications.
